Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Technician

Job Responsibilities


Perform all aspects of apartment “make-ready” for new tenants, including:
Wall repair, painting, caulking, and cleaning
Appliance inspection and repair
Light plumbing (faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.)
Electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, outlets)
Flooring touch-ups or replacements

Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and tools.
Conduct regular inspections of property grounds and common areas.
Communicate effectively with management about needed materials, supplies, and project timelines.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Compensation
Compensation is based on experience. Range from $18-28 an hour

2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, property management, or related trade work.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when necessary.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Operator Driver's License clean driving record.

HVAC certification or EPA license (a plus, not required)
Previous experience working in multi-unit residential properties
Basic computer or tablet skills for work order tracking

Make-Ready RV Technician/Detailer – RV Dealership

Job Responsibilities

Train and assist other make-ready and detail techs
Maintain inventory and order make-ready supplies
Act as liaison between department staff and sales managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned RV vehicles
Detail client RV vehicles as needed
Maintain strict adherence to RV dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
Note damage and notify service so a claim can be filed within 24 hours
Perform quality control inspections of all vehicles before being brought to frontline
Coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries
Attend department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.

Lot Porter – Fork Lift Driver

Position Summary
The Lot Porter – Fork Lift driver is responsible for moving inventory in our service department and park inventory in an orderly, efficient manner on the sales lot.  You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are maintained clean, presentable and correctly displayed, once work on unit is completed.  You will move our trailers with a fork lift. 
Job Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Move vehicles about the yard and into the shop for service and/or prep
Parks vehicles in assigned areas; moves sold vehicles to maximize space
Bring vehicles to the prep department, as scheduled
Performing other work-related activities as assigned.
 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
Experience driving a forklift
Experience driving a semi very helpful
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently

Service Technician – Recreational Vehicles
RV techs know a little bit about everything—electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc. If you can do any one of these, we’ll teach you the rest! To get started as a new RV tech in our dealership, you don’t need specific RV experience. But you do need to be handy, dedicated, responsible and professional. We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs who see the value in a good day’s work for good a day’s pay.
Job Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose RV problems
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor
Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor
Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman
Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring RV technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
Job Requirements
At our RV dealership, RV technicians are determined and persistent problem solvers who are expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest RV technologies.  You will be required to study and pass Classes for the RVTI, Master Tech certifications.
Education and/or Experience

Pre-Delivery RV Technician (PDI Tech)
Four Seasons RV | Wichita, KS
Four Seasons RV is looking for a Pre-Delivery Technician to inspect, test, and prepare RVs before customer delivery. This is a hands-on shop position for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time.

What You’ll Do:

Perform full Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on RVs

Test electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, and HVAC systems

Identify issues before delivery and make basic adjustments/repairs

Complete inspection checklists accurately

Work closely with sales and service teams


What We’re Looking For:

Mechanical or technical experience (RV, auto, trailer, HVAC, marine, etc.)

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Attention to detail and quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Valid driver’s license

RV experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person.
