At Four Seasons RV, we’re all about adventure, great service, and a positive work environment. Our service department is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk who knows dealership warranty processes and enjoys being a behind-the-scenes hero for our customers and team.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
As our Warranty Wizard, you’ll:
Submit, track, and follow up on RV manufacturer warranty claims
Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
Review repair orders for accuracy, labor times, and documentation
Keep warranty records organized and up to date
Help ensure claims are paid correctly and on time
Support a smooth, efficient service department
🧠 What We’re Looking For
This role is experience required. You’re a great fit if you:
Have prior warranty clerk experience (RV, automotive, marine, or powersports dealership)
Understand manufacturer warranty guidelines and processes
Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Communicate clearly and professionally
Are comfortable using computers and dealership systems
Can manage multiple claims without breaking a sweat
💰 Pay & Perks
$18–$25 per hour, based on experience
Full-time, stable position
