Manage the full Finance & Insurance process from start to finish
Present financing, insurance, and protection products in a clear, ethical, and professional manner
Work with lending partners to secure competitive approvals and funding
Ensure strict compliance with all state and federal regulations
Deliver a smooth, transparent, and confident customer experience
Partner with dealership leadership to help build processes at a new location
Proven Finance & Insurance experience is REQUIRED
RV experience is NOT required
Experience from the following backgrounds is strongly encouraged:
Automotive dealership F&I
Banking or lending
RV dealership
Other structured finance-driven sales environments
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, ethical, and performance-driven mindset
