Parts Counterperson – RV Dealership
All you need is one year of experience in a RV dealership warehouse to change your career path for the better. We need a reliable, professional parts counterperson to purchase, sell, store and issue parts within our busy dealership. Sure, you’ll need to be good at ordering parts and maintaining inventory, but you’ll also need excellent people skills when dealing with customers and internal staff. Job Responsibilities

Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
Create and modify purchase orders
Issue purchase orders to appropriate vendor to order parts
Record warranty parts returned
Create special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notify ASM, technician or client upon receipt
Review special order parts tracking
Process and close open invoices
Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory
Attend weekly department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED; One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.

Lot Porter – Fork Lift Driver

Position Summary
The Lot Porter – Fork Lift driver is responsible for moving inventory in our service department and park inventory in an orderly, efficient manner on the sales lot.  You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are maintained clean, presentable and correctly displayed, once work on unit is completed.  You will move our trailers with a fork lift. 
Job Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Move vehicles about the yard and into the shop for service and/or prep
Parks vehicles in assigned areas; moves sold vehicles to maximize space
Bring vehicles to the prep department, as scheduled
Performing other work-related activities as assigned.
 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
Experience driving a forklift
Experience driving a semi very helpful
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently

Service Advisor
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor/Writer to join our team and act as our liaison for customers to address their vehicle repair needs. 
A Service Advisors responsibilities include documenting the repairs needed and scheduling appropriate technicians for each job in our computer system.
Ultimately, you will ensure that the needs of our customers are met, coordinate transactions and estimate both time & costs to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers.
Responsibilities

Develop cost estimates, logging needed parts and the time needed for repairs
Schedule the most appropriate Service Technician for each job
Convey all necessary information regarding costs, parts, work and Technicians to customers
Call the customer to arrange appointments
Meet with customers to discuss their requirements and relay those requirements to the Service Technicians
Contact customers in the case of additional work to relay the details and extra costs
Enter the details of repair jobs on the company’s network and prepare repair instructions
Requirements and skills

Be very detail oriented and computer proficient
Proven work experience as a Service Advisor/Writer or similar role
Computer literacy and knowledge of office software programs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong record-keeping skills
The ability to understand and relate technical issues to the service team from customers’ non-technical descriptions

Fiberglass Body Repair & Painter – RVs
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fiberglass Body Repair & Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality body repairs and refinishing work on recreational vehicles (RVs). The ideal candidate has experience with fiberglass repair, bodywork, prepping, priming, and painting, as well as a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. 
Key Responsibilities:

Perform fiberglass repairs on RV exteriors, including filling cracks, sanding, and reshaping surfaces.
 Prepare RV surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer as needed.
 Mix and match paint colors to match existing finishes.
 Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
 Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
 Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
 Collaborate with other team members to meet repair deadlines and production goals.
 Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in fiberglass repair and automotive or RV painting.
Familiarity with painting tools, spray guns, sanding equipment, and safety gear.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repair specifications.
Knowledge of paint mixing and color matching techniques.
 Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment as needed.
Preferred:
Previous experience working with RVs or similar large vehicles.

Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring RV technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
